Bread with buckwheat

A few days ago prepare a very rich bread with buckwheat. It is a whole grain bread, gluten free. It is also very easy to do Ingredients (1 / 2kg of bread)
Ingredientes (1/2kg de pan)
- 500 g of buckwheat
- 1 envelope of yeast
- 1 pinch of sugar mascabo
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Preparation
- Put the wheat in soak the night before. Remove the water and wash the beans well.
- Place in a blender and blend the beans until well blended.
- Let the dough rest with the sugar and salt for a period of 12 to 24 hours.
- Then, place the yeast, knead (add flour if the dough is very watery). Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 30 to 60 minutes or until the dough is cooked
