Raw - vegan cake with cashews cream

This cake is very simple to make, very rich, economical and nutritious! So to leave your family and friends speechless is an excellent option This cake has a base or floor, with pulp of carrots, and a top part based on cream of cashews.
Preparation mode
Base
- 800g of carrot pulp
- 15-20 dates, or raisins, or sugar mascabo
- Between 50 to 100g of grated coconut
- Lemon grated (previously washed with baking soda)
- Vanilla essence
- Coconut oil
Place all the ingredients and process with the blade in "s". Then spread the base in a dish or cake mold.
Cream
- Soak some 300g of cashews for 3 hours to activate them
- Vanilla extract
- Honey or sugar mascabo
- Juice of 1 lemon
- a pinch of pink salt
- Coconut oil
Blend all the elements, and cover the base of the cake with this cream.
Decor
- Cocoa or fruit chips
- Take the fridge so that the dough solidifies
