Banana and oatmeal pancakes

Preparation & Ingredients

Place in the blender:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 trickle of water
  • Honey or sugar chew to taste
  • Cinnamon and cardamom to taste.

Blend until there is a homogeneous and thick mixture.

Place the mixture in a pan, with a little oil.

Place over low heat, and turn the pancake once it is cooked.

It can be combined with blueberries, blackberries or whatever you like!

And ready to enjoy !!
